Air Jordan 7 shoes were released in February 1992. The Air Jordan 7 shoes were designed by Tinker Hatfield and Bruce Kilgore. The shoes were inspired by the African tribes and their use of natural animal prints. The Air Jordan VII was the first Jordans to feature a “corduroy” edition, which was a very popular style. Another new design for the AJVII was the inclusion of a “spider-man” logo on the tongue, as well as mesh on the sides of the shoe. This model was also unique because it was one of the first Jordans to have a visible air unit on the heel. MJ wore them during his gold medal run at the Barcelona Olympics that year. All in all, these sneakers are some of MJ’s most iconic and classic styles ever released. If you’re looking for an old school vibe with cutting edge performance, then look no further than the Air Jordan 7!
